Shipping policy

All orders from The Springstead are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days from the date the order is placed. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or text if applicable.

For pickup orders, customers will receive a notification text when their order is ready. Pickup must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the ready notification. Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be canceled or restocked without a refund.
