Refund policy

Due to the nature of our handmade products, The Springstead does not accept refunds or returns once an order has been placed. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement, damage must be proven with photo evidence and reported within 15 days of delivery or pickup. After this period, we cannot guarantee replacement.

All concerns or damage claims can be emailed to thespringstead@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.
